Solo traveler highly recommend it

The staff were friendly, from Norma who coordinated everything for our training, to all the other amazing people like José and Rolando who made us feel right at home. The location is excellent and made it easy to walk to nice shops and great food, which added to the relaxing experience.

It wasn't inexpensive, but for the quality provided, it was still acceptable.

The elevator situation is a major issue. It’s permanently out of order, which means trekking up three flights of stairs. In terms of room comfort, the shower pressure barely managed a dribble, and the noise from outside was bothersome due to thin windows. The cleaning could use an upgrade. Carpets felt dirty and there were lingering odors that were hard to shake off.

During my stay, the pool area was absolutely delightful and provided a serene backdrop. The comfortable seating was a lovely touch, allowing me to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in great comfort.

Better elevator accessibility would be appreciated.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the attentive staff who made sure all my needs were met. The dining area offered delicious meals and a relaxing atmosphere. If possible, request a room overlooking the pool for a quieter experience. Great location for exploring local shops and restaurants.

I had a great time! The pool is lovely for relaxing, and the location is perfect for walking to nearby dining and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in a spacious room with comfy beds.

The elevator was broken during my entire stay, which was very challenging as I have mobility issues. I was forced to take the stairs to the third floor, and that was quite strenuous. There was an unpleasant odor in my room that detracted from my comfort, and the bed felt excessively firm.

The Superior King Room provided ample space, making it easy for us to unpack and relax. The pool area had a nice ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The king room was super comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. The shower had great water pressure. There’s an outdoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was decent, with eggs made to order and some good fruit. Clean bathroom too with free toiletries and linens provided.

I spent six nights at the Best Western Plus in San Salvador. The bellhops and cleaners offered great service. they were friendly and always willing to help. The location is convenient, and the pool area was relaxing, offering a nice escape from the city. Unfortunately, the elevator was permanently out of service during my stay, which made accessing the upper floors a hassle, especially with my knee issues. The carpets in the rooms were in desperate need of cleaning and had visible stains. The first room I was given had a moldy smell, which was very unpleasant. The second room was better but still felt dated, with decor that looked like it hadn't been updated since the late '90s. The management could work on being more responsive to guest concerns to improve the overall experience. Breakfast was decent, but I wish there had been more variety. Overall, the staff was welcoming, but the hotel needs significant upgrades in cleanliness and maintenance.
